Project Backgroud
ExxonMobil has started oil production at Liza Phase 2 on the Stabroek block offshore Guyana.
This is the country’s second offshore oil development. This brings total production capacity to more than 340,000 b/d in seven years since the country’s first discovery.Production at the FPSO Liza Unity is expected to reach its target of 220,000 b/d of oil later this year. It adds to the more than 120,000 b/d of capacity at the FPSO Liza Destiny, which began production in December 2019 and is now delivering at better than design capacity.
Scope of Supply
During this project, AFFCO successfully supplied batch of CL150 Bronze ASTM B148 C95500 ,Super Duplex Gr.5A ,Duplex Gr.4A & Cast Steel concentric & double eccentric butterfly valves from DN100~600.
For FPSO scope of supply, AFFCO manufactured and supplied all valves including butterfly valve, ball, Double Block and Bleed (DBB), gate, check, globe in diverse pressure ratings, soft and metal seated, in materials such as Ni Al Br, CS, Stainless Steel.
