Project Outline： AFFCO FLOW CONTROL(SHANGHAI) CO., LTD will take usage of the existing factory building to newly build an fully automatic spray paint line, with construction area 525 square meters. Project Scope: to add spray paint and matching processes including shot blasting, sand blasting and so on. To build supporting facilities including spray paint room, shot blasting room, sand blasting room. The production capacity remains unchanged after technical upgrade and transform.
二、Eco-Friendly System Assessment – Contents and Procedures
The main working procedures of environmental impact assessment of this project are as follows: accepting local authorized 3rd party to carry out preliminary work, including data collecting and on-site investigation. Preparing reports, including undertaking environmental quality background investigation and environmental impact analysis and submitting reports for examination, reports revision, reports examination and approval.
The main contents of environment impact assessment of this project are: investigation and analysis of the working environment, natural environment and other environmental quality surrounds the project; analysis and judgement on the pollutant source, emission concentration and emission volume; analysis and forecast on the extent and scope of the possible impact on the local environment during the operation period of the project.
The main pollution emission are waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste during the operation period. The adverse environmental impact of the project can be mitigated by taking corresponding measures.
